Pat founded Bridge-It in 1996 and was awarded the OBE for services to People with Disabilities in 2006. 


Working very much as an integral part of the Bridge-It team, Pat currently manages three members of staff working at the office based at Donington, and delivers Jobcentreplus provision as well as Information and Advice Services across Lincolnshire and Rutland. Carol began working for Bridge-It in November 2005 as Receptionist and Administrative Support. Having begun her employment with Bridge-It, Carols personal quailities were recognised and now she also works as a mentor for Participants working within the Bridge-It office.

Sheila began working for Bridge-It as an administrator within the company in 1999. Coming from a large provider background Sheila brought many qualities to the company providing advice and guidance to both staff and candidates. Sheila now also works as a mentor for Bridge-It candidtates.

Dave has been with Bridge-It since 2001, working as a Development Officer. Dave deals with referrals from the Disability Employment Advisers' within Jobcentreplus, and is the first point of contact for new Participants. Dealing with Particpant Reviews throughout work placements and their time with Bridge-It. Dave is also a participant mentor.
