Bridge-it is a company which is very much participant led. We deliver a professional service, yet in an innovative friendly down to earth manner. Bridge-It was set up in 1996 solely to provide a personalised, individual, quality rehabilitation programme (Work Preparation Programme) to all people with disabilities. Over the past ten years, Bridge-It has delivered the Work Preparation Programme to the standard, criteria and requirement of Jobcentre Plus, following which a high percentage of individuals went into employment or training.
